It concludes with an assessment test with a passing score set at 75%, leading to the issuance of the Theoretical Certificate.
Phase 2 : Theory and Pratical Courses (Modules (6-7), (Driving Sessions 1-4)
This phase combines theoretical instruction with initial practical applications. It aims to strengthen knowledge while developing operational skills through sessions 1 to 4.
Phase 3 : Therory and Pratical Courses (Modules 8_10), (Driving Sessions 5-10)

Preparation for the Theory Exam

Preparation for the theory exam is an essential step in the journey of any future driver seeking to obtain their license in Québec. Priorité Auto École offers theoretical courses that help students fully understand traffic rules, road signage, and safe driving behaviours to adopt on the road. Through interactive teaching methods and modern educational tools, students more easily absorb the essential concepts required for responsible driving.

The training covers real-life situations encountered in both urban environments and on busier roads to effectively prepare future drivers for the realities of everyday driving. Each module encourages the development of good reflexes, stronger analytical skills, and increased awareness of potential hazards. Before moving on to the practical portion of the license, our driving school ensures that all fundamental knowledge is properly mastered. Course content is regularly updated to comply with new regulations and current highway safety code requirements.

To maximize the chances of success, the school offers theory exam simulations that allow students to become familiar with the SAAQ test format. This approach helps reduce stress, build confidence, and improve performance during the official exam. Driving lessons are also offered for newcomers.

Road Practice and Risk Awareness in Montréal

The practical component of the program offered by Priorité Auto École allows learner drivers to apply the knowledge acquired during theoretical lessons. Each session is supervised by experienced instructors who guide future drivers in a gradual and safe manner. Learning typically begins in quieter areas before progressing to more complex urban environments and heavier traffic, helping students build confidence and independence behind the wheel.

Thanks to personalized driving lessons, instructors tailor exercises to each student’s level, needs, and goals. Students learn to handle the vehicle with precision while developing essential defensive driving reflexes required on today’s roads. Practical lessons cover a variety of situations, including complex parking scenarios, night driving, challenging weather conditions, and advanced parking maneuvers. The goal is to train responsible, independent drivers who are capable of reacting effectively to unexpected situations. By the end of the program, students have the technical skills and confidence needed to successfully pass their SAAQ road test.

Priorité Auto École also offers refresher courses for drivers who wish to improve specific techniques, regain confidence behind the wheel, or refine their reactions in more demanding situations.
